Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

We do not offer on-site parking; however, free street parking is widely available in the neighborhood, with some metered spaces nearby. Municipal lots within walking distance provide secure parking at daily rates. A parking pad is also available for convenient drop-off of luggage and belongings.

We offer pet‑friendly rooms to accommodate your furry companions. A fee of $100 per pet, per stay, applies to cover additional cleaning and maintenance, ensuring a fresh and comfortable environment for all guests.

The beach is a short walk from the mansion, just a few blocks east on Central Avenue. Beach tags are provided in each room for your convenience. Feel free to take them along and enjoy the beach. Just keep them safe so they’re always ready when you need them.

Our property is strictly non‑smoking. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or common areas to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all visitors. A smell of smoke or cigarette would cost us $500 to remove the smell, so please avoid smoking inside.

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to check‑in are eligible for a refund. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival are non‑refundable.
